Hot Cheese Dip


  • 1 package cheese loaf, cube
  • 1/4 cup finely chop green pepper (capsicum)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 drops red pepper sauce
Mix all ingredients in the saucepan. Heat with small fire until the cheese melts, 5 to 6 minutes, stirring to blend well during cooking. Serve with corn chips or snack crackers, if desired.
