Sardin




Bahan-bahan
  • 1 tin besar Sardin Marina
  • 1 biji bawang besar, dihiris
  • 2 ulas bawang putih, dihiris
  • 5 biji cili padi
  • 1 biji buah tomato, di potong dadu
  • 1 sudu besar sos tomato
  • 1 sudu besar kicap manis
  • 1 sudu besar kicap masin
  • 1 sudu kecil lada sulah
  • 1 biji perahan air limau nipis
  • sedikit minyak
  • sedikit air

Cara-cara

Panaskan sedikit minyak kemudian tumis bawang besar , bawang putih dan cili padi
sehingga layu. Kemudian masukkan sardin, sedikit air, buah tomato, sos tomato, kicap manis, kicap masin , lada sulah dan perahan air limau nipis. Kacau sebentar dan angkat. Boleh dihidangkan bersama Roti Arab. Selamat Mencuba !

Baked Beans and egg Malaysian Style

Ingredients
  • 1 can baked beans
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • 1/2 cup of water

Heat the butter in the frying pan. Fry the onion till fragrant, add the baked beans and water. Break an egg and stir, season with a little salt and pepper to taste.

Malaysian Scrambled Eggs


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 onion , sliced
  • 3 dashes of salt
  • 1 tbsp butter for frying
  • dashes of white pepper

Heat a large non-stick frying pan to a setting just above medium. Add the butter in the frying pan. Frying the onion for 3 minutes. In the mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with salt & pepper. Add the eggs and stir immediately by using a fork . When they are almost cooked, take them off the heat, as the hot pan will continue to cook them. Remove eggs from the pan before they lose their moist appearance.Transfer eggs to serving plates. Serve the scrambled eggs with toast or as you prefer.

Cucur Quaker Oats



Bahan-bahan


  • 3 cawan tepung gandum
  • 2 cawan quaker oats instant
  • 2 cawan air suam
  • 1 cawan susu pekat
  • 1 sudu kecil garam

minyak untuk menggoreng


Cara-cara

Masukkan dan gaul semua bahan-bahan diatas kedalam mangkuk . Sementara itu , panaskan minyak didalam kuali . Jemput sedikit adunan dan gorengkan sehingga kekuningan dan angkat.
