Banana Yogurt Smoothie



Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Add the banana, yogurt, honey, and ice cubes and blend until smooth and thick in covered blender. Serve immediately.
