- 2 cups low-fat yogurt

- 1/2 cup Walnut, peanuts, almond, raisin
- Assorted fresh fruit (such as apples, bananas, pineapples, cherries, grapes, oranges, kiwi and/or strawberries), cut into wedges or bite-size pieces.
