Chicken Salad


Ingredients
  • Chicken, cooked, skinless

  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 red capsicum, sliced
  • 1 green capsicum, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, cut into cube
  • salad
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into cube
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 onion , chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, lowfat
  1. Bake chicken, sliced, and refrigerate.
  2. In large bowl, combine rest of ingredients, add chilled chicken and mix well.
  3. Chicken Salad is ready to serve.
