Chocolate And Avocado Smoothie
A creamy, thick avocado chocolate smoothie that is like drinking a milkshake, but is secretly packed with healthy nutrients.
Ingredients
1 small avocado, peeled, and cut into chunks
1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
1-2 tbsp cocoa powder or chocolate
1 tub fat-free natural yogurt
2 tsp honey (optional)
100 ml chilled water
Directions
Blend yogurt, banana, water, and avocado until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients blending until smooth.

Delicious Healthy Strawberry Lassi.
Ingredients:
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup low-fat yogurt
1 cup frozen strawberries
Directions:
In a blender, place the frozen strawberries and honey; blend on high speed for 30 seconds until smooth. Pour in the milk and blend another 30 seconds. Add the yogurt and blend on high speed for 1 minute.To serve, u can also place 1 ice cube in each of 3 glasses and pour in the lassi. Top with the strawberry pieces and serve.

Banana Smoothie with Ice Cream
Ingredients
1 medium banana
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 to 2 teaspoons honey
1 cup ice cubes
Pistachio Ice Cream
Caramel syrup
Add the banana, yogurt, honey, and ice cubes and blend until smooth and thick in covered blender and pour into tall glasses. Scoop pistachio ice cream and pour caramel syrup, if desired. Serve immediately.

Dragonfruit Smoothie.
Ingredients:
Blend the following until smooth:
1/2 dragonfruit
1/2 cup ice cube
1/2 cup low fat milk
1/2 cup yogurt
Honey to taste (optional)

Simple Fruit Punch
Ingredients
- 1/2 litre fresh orange juice
- 1/2 litre pineapple juice
- 1/4 litre lychee juice
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1/4 litre grape juice made into ice cubes.
- 2 cups fresh fruit (lychee, pineapple and grape)
1.Pour the grape juice into ice cube trays and freeze over night.
2. In punch bowl add the orange juice and the pineapple juice and the chopped fruit.
3.Just before serving add the grape juice ice cubes, sugar and pour in the lychee juice.
Using juice ice cubes instead of water ice cubes helps in preventing fruit punch being water down when ice cubes melt.

Orange Yogurt Shake
Ingredients
2 cups plain low fat yogurt
1/4 cup raisin
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup honey or caster sugar
2 oranges ( slice & juice)
1 cup ice cube
Garnish
Orange zest
Blenad all the ingredients until it is a smoothie. Pour into individual glasses and serve immediately.
