For the Dip:
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 2/3 cups plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Make dip:
Combine onions with yogurt, onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and stir well to incorporate. Chill for 1 hour to let flavours meld. Serve with chips.
