Orange Yogurt Shake

Great drink to have when the outside climate is hot !


Ingredients

2 cups plain low fat yogurt
1/4 cup raisin
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup honey or caster sugar
2 oranges ( slice & juice)
1 cup ice cube

Garnish
Orange zest

Blenad all the ingredients until it is a smoothie. Pour into individual glasses and serve immediately.
