Baguette Tuna


Ingredients

1 baguette (french bread)
1 can tuna in water (drained)
1 large onion (chopped)
3 tbsp mayonaise
2 tbsp butter
salt & pepper
Parsley flakes
Mozarella Cheese (optional)
Cut baguette into slices and spread each slice generously with butter. Mix tuna, onion, mayonaise, salt and pepper in one bowl. Scoop one spoon of the mixture and spread on the baguette. Place the baguettes on the baking pan and sprinkle parsley flakes , mozarella cheese and heat in the oven for 10 minutes. Ready to serve.
