Salad Dressing


Salad or lettuce
1/2 cup Olive Oil
3 tbsp Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 tablespoon Sugar

In a small bowl or bottle, whisk together the lemon juice, salt, sugar and black pepper. While whisking, slowly add the olive oil until the dressing is emulsified.

Place the salad greens in a medium bowl and add enough dressing to moisten. Sprinkle with a little extra salt and pepper, if desired, and serve immediately.
