1 1/4 cups warm water
1 tbsp instant yeast
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 1/2 cups flour

1/3 cup bicarbonate soda
3 cups water

melted butter or honey
peanuts or almond chunk

Grease baking sheets and put aside. Combine warm water, yeast, brown sugar, and flour in a large bowl and mix on medium speed until it just form a dough. Do not overmix. Transfer to grease bowl, cover and place in a warm spot to rise until doubled about 30 min.

Turn out onto a clean surface and cut into equal pieces. Roll each piece into a long rope and shape into a pretzel. To get the pretzel super brown and shiny, dip them in a bicarbonate soda bath first.

Disolved the bicarbonate soda in 3 cups of water and bring to boil. Place pretzel into the water for 30 second, then remove and place on a greased baking sheets. Sprinkle pretzel with salt. Bake until the pretzel are brown, 6 to 8 minutes. Brush with melt butter or honey and sprinkle the peanuts or almonds. Serve immediately.
