Baked Beans and egg Malaysian Style

  • 1 can baked beans
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • 1/2 cup of water

Heat the butter in the frying pan. Fry the onion till fragrant, add the baked beans and water. Break an egg and stir, season with a little salt and pepper to taste.
