Baked Macaroni Chicken Casserole


  • 1 packet macaroni
  • 500 g minced chicken
  • 1 packet cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 big onion (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs (salt & pepper)
  • mix vege
  • paprika
  • salt & pepper
Cook macaroni, drain and put in the baking dish.(Top with alternate rows of chicken, white sauce and cheese.)

In the saucepan, add 1/4 butter, onion and minced chicken. Cook for 6 minutes and add mix vege , salt and pepper to taste.

The other saucepan , melt another 1/4 butter and blend in flour. Add milk and cook, stirring until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Beat eggs and pour over mixture in dish and spread the cheese and sprinkle with paprika, bake preheated 180 degrees C for 25 to 30 minutes.
Ready to serve.
